The Hotel and Aparthotel Cosmos offers a buffet restaurant focused on local and Mediterranean food. Perafita Restaurant features local products for breakfast, like cured meat, cheese, bread, jam, fruit, eggs, and vegetables. Evening meals include a salad bar, starters, side dishes, pasta, rice dishes, meats, fish, and desserts. Gluten-free products are available. Engolasters Restaurant is designed for groups. Odetti Bistro offers à la carte dining with local products and tasting menus, open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 23:00, closed on Sunday nights and Mondays.

Guests have free access to the Muntanya Thermal Pool. It is located 600 meters from the hotel. The hotel has spa facilities with thermal water from the Escaldes-Engordany thermal springs including a jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and fitness room. Treatments and massages are available, with the goal to stimulate endorphin production in the body. The hotel is BikeFriendly, with bicycle storage, video surveillance, Kärcher, and a mechanic's workshop. Bike storage has no additional costs, but requires a deposit.

The best way to arrive is with your own vehicle. Indoor private parking is available with 43 parking spots for €18 per day and 6 motorbike spaces for €9 per day. If traveling by bus, the central bus station is a 7-minute taxi ride or a 25-minute walk. Andorra - La Seu d'Urgell airport is a 45-minute taxi or bus ride away.

Hotel & Aparthotel Cosmos has a kiosk for check-in without hotel staff. The kiosk incorporates a voice guide in the user's language. The reception is open 24 hours. Vending machines with snacks and drinks are available 24 hours a day at the receptions. The hotel can host events for up to 600 people. The hotel offers free access to the swimming pool. If you wish to clean the room or apartment, you must request it by placing the sign on the outside of the door. Cleaning of the kitchen and dining room are the responsibility of the client, if the kitchen is dirty the hotel reserves the right to penalize it with an extra cost of €50.
